The Bruery’s 4 Calling Birds
This beer was a little milder than I expected. It’s black as night and has the feel of a more viscous Belgian stout. The gingerbread spices are slightly faint and blend well with the cocoa and cola backbone, but other than that, there isn’t a ton to separate it from a standard roasted chocolate stout. Still, it’s pretty perfect for the season, if not earth shattering.
